Strength Training and Kettlebells for Women

There is a tendency for the ladies to be turned off when we discuss the principles of strength training workouts and kettlebells and topics that are traditionally more oriented to men. Being a man myself, it is hard for me to relate to a woman’s needs in the gym. Make no mistake about it, when it comes to designing a work out for women, weight training and kettlebells are a must.
