There are a ton of fitness related products on the market today. It seems like every other day there is a new infomercial out there with the next latest and greatest piece of exercise equipment out there that promises to reshape your body in just 5 minutes a day. Truth is, most of it is junk or just a passing fad.

In an effort to cut through some of the BS out there, I will review and offer my opinions on a variety of fitness equipment, books, DVD and training materials. I’ll do my best to help you make an informed decision before you spend your money so you don’t waste your money.
